Maybe the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The service just stopped and when you finally get a hold of someone they tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through. Honestly stay way from the company unless something drastically improves.

Tried this company and it was not a good experience. Service dropped out multiple times. Customer service was unreachable so I returned all the equipment to be refunded. That was 3 months ago and still no refund issued. You cannot get in touch with them at all.

I've had Great Service! Thank You Omnipoint!I have now found the greatest Value for me and my family!! The customer Service Is professional, simple and friendly and treated me like family!
