They helped me turn my phone service back on. Very professional and patient because being with no service for three days makes you cranky. I’m happy they were able to help.

Rafael is personable and listens carefully to whatever issue you have from simple activations to phone problems He is knowledgeable. I definitely will go back for all my Boost and cell phone needs.

I had no issues. Another customer had some problems making it easy to see that they will go above and beyond to help the customer. Good place to go for Human assistance.
