“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”

“I've been going to the same UPS store for the last 16 years. Tara always provides excellent customer service with a smile and great attitude, time and time again. There is a UPS store nearer to me than the UPS Riverdale St in West Springfield, MA, but I make the effort to go to the Riverdale Store because it is always a pleasant experience there and I know the job gets done right! “Went there to get my passport photo for renewal. Both clerks who worked with me were so kind and helpful! I was a bit worried about making sure I did this correctly. However, this experience was no stress at all! They went out of their way to assist me and helped me get my passport application sent in.Also, while I was working with them someone came in just to thank them for helping with their passport previously and to tell them it was successfully sent to them just in time for their trip!I definitely recommend this location : D”
“My experience at this post office has been very pleasant, the wait is never long, and the staff are friendly and nice especially the young lady Iris, she is kind and gentle with a sweet smile that left me smiling aswell. “Edit: after expressing my concern I received a call from the acting postmaster David. He went out of his way to talk to me for 20 minutes on his personal cell phone and made me feel valued and addressed my concerns. Also a big shout out to Ryan the supervisor who has also gone above and beyond just to be pleasant and accommodatingAbsolutely terrible service. I have been hung up on and talked to rudely by both supervisors zack etc. I was told that the mail carrier would get to me when he gets to me. We run a business where they pick up our packages every day and we provided over $40,000 in revenue for the Postal Service last year alone. They could care less and still when I call to have my packages picked up even when I put an online request I end up sitting on hold until I give up or being talked down to. Absolutely a travesty of what the post office once was”

“If stamp collecting is your thing, than this is the post office for you! They have an excellent selection of current stamps, and a decent group of slightly older stamps. If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”
“I visit this Fed Ex store many times. I stopped utilizing UPS because of the rude, impersonal and an uncomfortable feeling that I'm bothering them when asking a question. Jenny, Amyah & Yar's smile, personality and professionalism make my experience at this branch awesome. All three are attentive and work great as a team. All three are always present, meaning and always have their undivided sincere attention. These 3 young ladies represent Fed Ex excellent. “I admit, I was terrified when my package from St. Louis to Seattle somehow ended up on the opposite coast in Massachusetts. I was even more upset when I read the reviews for this distribution center. Fortunately for me, they redirected my package to its proper direction in a timely matter. I had no conversation with them, because I didn't need to. They handled it. I appreciate that alot. So, if your package ends up here, give them a lil time and patience. It may arrive later than expected, but it will arrive.”

Not sure that I could have made the right selections without their help. I typically go straight to Staples for office supply needs. Not necessary to shop around.”
