“This place and its' people are my 'other' Therapy. Last night was the anniversary of Mending Club and I hope to be there every month until the next one! I needle felted for the first time ever and honestly thought I was going to burst with excitement. THE Mending Mother- Elley- gave me one on one instructions when needed. Jamie, the heart of Hart, not only had all the felting supplies I needed, spoke much needed words of affirmation making me feel like the coolest cat in the alley ? Plus the encouragement from other menders was nice, too. The store attracts the Best people and might even convert a pessimist (like me)... I'm so glad Hart is in GB!!”

“Great customer service! I ordered from their website and their items were competitively priced compared to similar items at other retailers. Shipping was super quick. I had a special brass finish screw that came with my item break while doing the install due to how hard my plaster walls are and the shop quickly replied to my request for replacement hardware and are graciously shipping me extra screws. Really appreciate the shops help and standing by their products!”
“Spent the weekend in the Berkshires and stopped in to see if they had any birdhouses. They didn’t but they did have this gorgeous wooden sculpture (made in Zambia). When I polished it up at home, I was speechless! Really nice customer service and tons of “brick-a-brack” that makes antiquing fun.”

“Took a 2 mile walk to get here. The shop is small and quaint with a lot of merchandise to choose from a small shop. They have a wonderful warranty Example is if you loose an earring as long as you have one he will replace the lost one for free. Waiting for him to make some ladybugs”
