Familiar Trees is such a great shop! Some of the most interesting books I’ve seen in a long time. I stopped by to purchase Holiday gifts and left with so many books I couldn’t resist for myself! Cozy atmosphere & knowledgeable owners. Don’t miss this place when you’re visiting Great Barrington.

I can never leave Familiar Trees without buying at least five books--while the specialties are art and architecture, my finds come from the small but perfectly selected fiction and poetry shelves. The quality and taste are exceptionally high. A treasure.
