“I have been shopping here for a few years and find the two usual staff members to be the best in customer service. They are always extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable. On this recent visit the young man helped me to review numerous color options and paint grades. Your products are better than any other I have tried. All other paint seems like colored water compared with the rich thick SW paints. The staff even offers to help carry out my purchase to the car. Just excellent service in every way!”
“Let me start off with saying how amazing Colby was. He went above and beyond. I had to order some paint for a new project and the paint I had, was basically destroyed and Colby had to color match the dried paint. We couldn’t get a clean sample and had to cut open the can in order to take a chunk of the dried paint. It took about 10-15 minutes but we were finally able to do it. I know how hard it is to find help these days, but Colby is easily one of the best I’ve encountered. Couldn’t be happier with everything.”

“I'm writing this review specifically to give kudos to Derek Rock who delivered a huge load of lumber to my house. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!”

“The customer service is spot on! Greeted at the door with a cheerful hello, we headed to the garden center area. We must have looked perplexed, because we were immediately asked if we needed assistance from the general manager. My husband and I went in looking for an edge trimmer to deal with grass near gardens, but the trimmer we sought is no longer made. The GM walked us through our options and even opened a boxed battery-operated trimmer to show us the weight and ease of use. We were happy with the instructions he gave, and bought the trimmer. I have to say, it was our happiest landscaping purchase because to-date - the trimmer is safe, works great, and we got personalized instructions for it's use and maintenance. Well done!”
