I have had different coaches and they are all amazing. I love Megan because she is always challenging me and is very encouraging. She also does chin-ups with me to help motivate me. The box is clean and updated with all the newest and current equipment. All members are very friendly and supportive. It is an amazing community. The place is perfect and really special. I highly recommend it for everyone.

“This gym is one of a kind! A gorgeous gym that is well kept and well equipped! (and located on a lovely park/water space) The programing is fantastic, allowing for appropriate scaling when needed/wanted. The community is AMAZING, have found great friends here both in and outside the gym. There are community events and fundraisers very regularly that not only build the gym community but also support meaningful impact. Have loved this gym and community and sad to move away from it.”

They have extensive knowledge of fitness and how to train and the experience to know when to push me to do better without injury or real discomfort. Activate is a very unique little gym that is personal, private and quiet. I am an older client who feels very safe in their workout environment and with them. Working on both my fitness and nutrition with Julie and Daniel is a seamless overlap and gives me the motivation and accountability I need. However, I couldn't be happier with the coaches and their annunciation of all the transitions and ramping as I progress through the class. This and the attentiveness of the staff is what makes this locations stand out from others I have worked at. Additionally, given the location, it's not too busy and find getting access to the times I need easy and without hassle. Great staff, great spot, great times.”
