“I’ve been an Xfinity Comcast customer for approximately 10+ years but I must say the Somerville location on Middlesex Avenue has had the best customer service by far. The staff there have always been professional very helpful and they always solved my issues. I want to give a shout out to Liam he wasn’t there yesterday but he was very patient with me before and Cynthia for helping me yesterday upgrade my daughter’s iPad. Cynthia was super cool, knowledgeable and her beautifully done nails were inspiring for me to get a manicure myself. She answered my questions, explained the process and had me looking forward to coming back to the store instead of paying my bill online simply for the customer service interaction. I’m glad we visited the store yesterday.”
