The folks in the office always have integrity, courtesy and treat customers like people. Writing a review today to thank Jerry and his team for an awesome restoration of my 10-year old car, low mileage, that was sorry-looking with uneven, oxidized paint. It came out like new -- highly recommend detailing here even if you normally don't spend money on that type of luxury. It's well worth trying it to turn a good old car into a good-looking one.”

The service center at the Lexus dealership in Hingham told me my car's engine was dead after an oil leak and I was about ready to sell my car to a scrapyard, but I called Marc and he offered to take another look at my car for me. “I'm from out of town and Fellsway Auto helped us when no one else would. Our car sounded terrible, flashing every check engine light imaginable. Spark plugs were misfiring, it was a bad situation with no options. Subaru Starlink left us stranded only offering to tow us (for a huge fee) to local dealerships who wouldn't be able to look at a car for over a week. We called Fellsway as a last ditch option and they were able to look at the car within 20 mins. Completely saving our vacation. My four year old had a great time hanging out building legos in the lobby while they completely remedied our situation.
The other part of the story is that prior to our trip to the Boston area, I had the car serviced by a local auto repair shop in Jersey and Fellsway explained to us what they did and even gave us the damaged spark plugs that were installed in our vehicle only days prior so that we could work with the other repair shop to show them what happened.”

“Just about the nicest guys, gave them a call less than an hour before they closed to get a tire plugged. They got me right in, came in with just the tire, they got it plugged in about 5 minutes, I offered to put the tire back on my car to not waste any more of their time and they instead got my car on the jack, put the tire back on and topped all my tires off with air. Could not ask for a better service.”

They supply the many shops in the area.Prices inside (not-Amazon) sometime much more than they are on Amazon’s site, takes awhile for Amazon orders to go through their systems.Also, Amazon qty listing doesn’t always match what they actually have in AutoPlus stock. That’s an Amazon problem.So if ordering through Amazon do it before you go to pickup and it will be ready for you when you get there (vs waiting on-site).”

“I had a unique and memorable experience with this business that I’d like to share. While I was away for a few days, I returned home to find my car had been damaged in a collision while it was parked. The person responsible left a note, and when I called, I learned that the damage was caused by an employee of this business. I was directed to the owner, Alex, to address the situation.
I was truly impressed by how Alex handled everything. He was incredibly responsive, understanding, and flexible with my circumstances. Living in New Hampshire, it would have been difficult for me to manage this situation in person, but Alex was more than willing to accommodate me in any way possible. Despite the repair quote being substantial, Alex took care of it without hesitation.

“Showed up at 6AM a few weeks ago, it was my last day to get an inspection sticker on the used car I just bought. I know nothing about cars and had been hearing this grinding noise all week. They were not even open yet, but JT, the owner, made an accommodation for me because I was driving out of town right after work. JT tried to pull the car in and quickly came back and said there weren't any breaks in the back of the car. Huh! that was the grinding noise! :) JT kept my car and I went to work. He called through the day to update me and let me know what needed to be fixed and what he was going to charge me. He fixed my breaks and rotors for a great price! I did my research on what people charge in the area and he was very fair. I picked up my car after work and I let JT know he was my mechanic from now on.Last night I hit a bad bump on the street that wasn't marked well due to some construction. It knocked my exhaust and muffler loose and it was dragging. I got up at 5:15am and brought my car straight to JT. Needless to say, he is taking great care of me and my car. I hug this man now. I trust his skill and pricing. You're in great hands with him! Pun intended :)”

“I brought my car in because my dad (who is not an expert but just a dad) thought there an axle was rusted through (a $600 repair!). They kept my car overnight and did all the tests on the planet and determined that there was absolutely nothing wrong, and they explained everything they checked, everything they found, why they think it's fine, and what they think my dad saw. It's fantastic that they explained it all in a way I could understand (I asked a lot of "I don't know anything about cars" questions). And they are giving me the car back with no charge because they didn't have to do any fix. I would absolutely come back anytime.”

“I was recommended Hillside Auto from Titan Gas and Car Wash and they were amazing! I had trouble with AAA and a mistake they made on my car and had my car sent to Hillside. I talked mostly with Frank and Jack and they were nothing but helpful, considerate, understanding, and kind. They were in regular contact with me and my dad about my car and explained everything to me. They also helped me navigate AAA and gave me all the info I needed to send to AAA. I will definitely be coming back to Hillside if I have any future car issues and will be recommending them to everyone.”

“We had an incident where the bumper on our Audi A3 got ripped off on the left side. The tail light fell out of it. We needed to get it repaired and we were told by another repair shop that it would take two weeks and cost about $1500. Mac's looked at it and said they felt they could wrangle it back onto the car without us having to replace the entire bumper. What they did LOOKED AMAZING and cost $200. It took just a few hours. RUN to Mac's when you need help. They do awesome work and we were thrilled with the result.”
