“Our associate was Paul. Asked what we were looking for. Very accommodating. Basically showed us the BeautyRest and the variety of firmnesses. Pricing was in the area that we were expecting to pay for the total. We went for the twin XL mattresses. We wanted something we could basically put together, but yet had our own space. Our queen didn't seem to fit what we needed. My husband likes the Medium firm where I like the Extra firm. So these should be a great fit for us. Paul was not pushy at all. Definitely would recommend using your company.”
“Sean & Lindsey are amazing. The couch we got is soo comfortable. When I searched this couch up online, it is nearly 1,000 dollars to buy. We paid 690 with tax. The couch is brand new, and even has the new couch smell. If we weren’t renting we would’ve bought a sectional.The quality of the furniture they sell is exceptional. When I’ve bought furniture from other brand name stores, with delivery and assembly, it is never as easy as this process was. They also have a huge variety!! We looked at every furniture store, & could not find a comfortable couch for a reasonable price. We are so thankful to have seen the sign on our way to the grocery store. “I would like to thank Monty for the final resolution to this issue. He acted in a manner that was 100% focused on resolution and took full responsibility. The kick plate was delivered as promised and we now have 100% installation of our dishwasher. ThanksWe’ve bought a stove, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher from this store. We live within 3 miles and it’s convenient. We have had a number of delivery and installation issues with our washer and dryer and dishwasher. The dishwasher is almost comical if I hadn’t paid $260 for installation. Originally sent three guys to install the dishwasher, upon completion they discovered that the kick plate was missing and told me that they would be back 8n a week with the plate. After calling the store to scheduled they said they had one in the store and that someone would be over to install. Guy came installed the plate and left. First time I opened the door the plate popped off, wasn’t the right plate. They said they would order me a plate after I went to the store to return the old plate. A week later I called the store and they said they would send someone,out the next day to install the new plate after 11:00 am, which no came and I called at 4:30. They said store closes at six and they would send someone over which didn’t fit our schedule so I told them to just leave the plate on the front porch. Which someone did at about 7:15. Opened the packaging which wasn’t original and discover there were no screws included. Went back to the store the next day and they took two screws off a floor model and gave them to me. Shouldn’t be surprised they gave me the wrong screws. Its frustrating because in my dealings with the folks at the store it appears to me that they are more concerned with figuring out what I could have done wrong instead of solving the problem. We have made 3 trips to the store to solve their problem and have been offered no remedy. I would hope that I would be contacted over the next 24-48 hours with a solution? If not I don’t think I will be shopping at Mannys again.”

The staff in Westboro so kind, patient, fun and knowledgeable ( THANK YOU LISA, KELLY, and KATHY). BI surpasses all furniture stores in New England in my eyes. They have quality products. My first purchase was a dinning room table and bed frame from them over 15yrs ago and they have held up so well for being one of their lower priced items. I now finally was able to purchase the Cindy sectional and I know for a fact this will out last my first 2 purchases. Seat cushions are quality, upholstery superb, and style….timeless?.
