The couch is brand new, and even has the new couch smell. If we weren’t renting we would’ve bought a sectional.The quality of the furniture they sell is exceptional. When I’ve bought furniture from other brand name stores, with delivery and assembly, it is never as easy as this process was. They also have a huge variety!! We looked at every furniture store, & could not find a comfortable couch for a reasonable price. We are so thankful to have seen the sign on our way to the grocery store.
