“Firestone screwed me and had me buy tires they were supposed install then when I showed up they said they couldn't install my tires and offered 0 help in rectifying the situation. My mother in law lives across the street fron this shop and loves them so I went there. They told me it was no problem to get my tires on. They booked me an appointment for the next business day, got my tires on and couldn't have been more friendly through the whole process. Phil listened to my issue and would have gotten my truck done same day if they didn't have staff on vacation. Huge help and I know where my vehicles are going next time!”
