“It’s started as a random google search in the early evening hours looking for the nearest UPS location that carry boxes big enough to fit in a printer of 18x24x19 ( WxDxH) weighted 60pounds. I found Pigeon Post in Attleboro. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I proceeded to described what I needed and he suggested that I come in person to the store right away; but it was early in the evening so I settled in to go first thing in the morning instead. Once I got there, the experience took a turn for the better. George was very attentive, customer service at its best and more importantly kindness and efficiency were in full display throughout. Knowledge is everywhere, the issue is some people know how to share it better than others. In business is not about making money its rather know how not to lose money. If you are in need of the type of service they're offering, I would advise that you stop by and wouldn't be disappointed.”

“This is hands down the finest, most professional, most efficient, and friendly UPS store I have ever been to. Even though it is not the closest UPS store near my office or home I come here bc no matter the time of day or the inevitable rush of customers that bring with it long lines you never wait long. They always have more than enough people at the counter moving things along, helping customers understand the often confusing messaging Amazon returns can generate, or a better and less expensive way to box and ship they are patient, willing to explain, assist, and show you what you can do better. I have had many experiences where Brian or Steve in particular have taken care of issues i never saw coming, with kind and generous effort despite how busy or exhausted i can see they are. As a management consultant is it obvious they work hard, care about their customers, and take pride in doing the best job possible. The culture of this particular UPS store is singular. 5 stars in every category.”

“With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season upon us, the last thing you need is to arrive at a store just as they’re locking the doors to close. But, then you get a lucky break, a sort of gift of good will, when the lady locking the door sees the dismayed look on your face, and the faces of 4 other customers all approaching said door, and she unlocks it, opens the door wide, smiles at all of us and says “come on in!”That is what I just experienced at my local UPS Store on Mendon Rd in Cumberland, RI. There were at at least 4-5 people working, and every single one of them was smiling and helping to get us all set and on our way. The lady who waited on me was so pleasant, it was clear she knew that customer service starts with a smile and a kind gesture. I believe her name was Irene. I am so very grateful! “Gone to this place a handful of times no issues gave them my packages and left. Returns went smoothly. Nice small business with kind employees. If you go there and have a horrific experience with a pretty basic process then you are probably the problem.”
“I have to say, this place has never disappointed me. Even on busy days when the line is outside the door, the staff is super friendly and efficient. They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”
“I've used their services for many years. I have shipped well over 50 shipments, couches, boxes, tables, chairs, you name it. I have never had one thing broken or lost. on one or 2 occasions, I have had a wet box due to very bad weather here in the DR, not their fault, maybe 'blame' the guy upstairs.
