“I was at Staples a few weeks ago to get passport photos for my kids. Unfortunately, the photos came out a little bit dark. I thought the images would be fine, but a postal clerk said they were too dark and needed to be replaced with brighter ones. I then shared my experience in a Staples survey. I was surprised to receive a call from an assistant store manager shortly after to apologize for any inconvenience and offered a complete refund over the phone.I'm not sure what made passport photos to come out dark, but I must commend them for quick response and excellent customer service. Thank you”

Parking is adequate for the size of this P.O. and there is a huge parking lot connected to theirs if it happens to be full.”
