The branch manager is rude and very unprofessional, made me wait at least 20 minutes to see someone for customer service. While she was locked away in her office doing a crossword puzzle. Is that what they pay her for?

The best customer service I have ever experienced. If I'm going to be completely honest, the assistant managers are far more customer savvy and committed to satisfying members more so than the actual manager.
