“Just got my car back from here today, they look out everytime we go here.... I read the reviews the bad ones I can't say I had that problem, they even painted my rims to match my car... Had to wait a Lil while but it was worth it and they gave me a discount for the wait... I'll be recommending to other people to come here...”

“I went there for an amplifier wiring and subwoofer installation. The people in there knew what they were doing and gave me the knowledge I needed to know to maintain my system. The manager is a great guy who will show you how to get the best out of your bass without buying anything else. The place is first come first serve, so call to ask if they are full to save some time.”

“Store seems good now. Watch what you are charged vs. what the price that is listed either online or on the shelf (ESPECIALLY ITEMS BEHIND THE COUNTER! EVERYONE because there is no shelf tag to reference!) and try to use your AutoZone rewards card. It keeps a better record. I had asked for this but he didn't do it. Store employees scammed me in july 2022 overcharging me to then pocket the extra money! Especially when Paying cash. I'm not sure if management changed but on June 20, 2024 my 1 experience was good. Explanation read on:
I was taken advantage of and didn't realize it until a few months later. Scam went like this: I needed a coil it was 17.99 I was charged 52.99 and only had 40$ on me. The employee gave me his employee discount and took 10$ cash out of his own pocket to help me pay for MY Part saying. " God gave me help a few weeks ago when I really needed it so I must give it back". I couldn't believe it I was so thankful to him. I actually cried when I left. He forgot to give me the receipt but luckily I remembered and grabbed it before walking away. Come to find out when I returned it even though i had the receipt and it was unopened, no employee would take it back they made me meet with the manager who like only came in on Saturdays or some $hit. I walked there a good distance twice. Feeling like he was hiding from me. Finally when I do get him, They couldn't find the transaction on the computer. (Thinking why does this matter) I have the receipt but anyway, I pointed to the register that rang me in and they pulled it up finally. By this time I had started to Google the part and the store and figured out what was done. Manager tried to deny the price change but it was on my phone in black and white. I filed a complaint with the district manager, regional manager, store manager already knew and corporate because I couldn't tell how far up the ladder it went. The more you know, cuz knowing is half. Good luck ? I only blame AutoZone for corporate greed & not paying there employees more. This is an impoverished area and very poor, I could see this happening at any store in this area. But if you pay more, then employees understand they are being put to a higher standard than the rest. Do better.”
