But Ace Auto Body Services is just not an ordinary shop, they are artists with extensive knowledge on all paints, vehicle types, and any kind of repairs no matter the types of damage.My brand new 2023 Range Rover was rear ended and after contacting 10+ nearby shops. I am happy that I have chosen Ace. I cannot even tell that my vehicle was hit after the completed work... Ace was the ONLY shop that took their time to politely answer my phone call and the only shop that gave me a "realistic price". Luxury Vehicle tax exists unfortunately, but not at Ace. Their prices are very fair, in my opinion it is cheap for the high level of work and service provided.There is a reason why you see brand new vehicles here. Do not be surprised seeing a Maserati, Porsche, or any $100,000 + vehicle here pending for work. They trust Ace and their amazing work, I trust them too. I vouch and speak highly of this company. “Camelia Fitzpatrick 2/20/2024Today I went to theAuto Zone store # 51421404 Dorchester Ave Dorchester, Ma 02122I'm on a (Oxygen Tank) so it's hard for me to breathe walking , talking, laughing.As I walked into theauto zone store I was breathing hard. ?Mr. Noel Sanabria opened the door he asked me can he take me by the arm gently and walk me into the store I said yes and then hegrabbed me a chair and he put it at the front door to let me sit down and catch my breath. ?He said (Mam) please sit down, and I'll get what ever you need and he found everything I needed.I explained to him I can't buy them today but I will come on 3/2/24 so he printed them out with the order numbers for me to make it easier for when I come back.I never had anyone to serve me like this in a store in(20 years) since I've beendisabled with my breathing. ?He also gently walked me back to my car making sure I was ok, that made me feel like he really cared about me being safe.When I got home I called the General ManagerMr.Ivando Brandaoto CommendMr.Noel Sanabria on how he handled me with great concern and respectThank you sooooo muchMr. Noel Sanabria ??Camelia Fitzpatrick.(The lady with the Oxygen Tank)”
