“I initially came here to get my inspection sticker over the summer and have continued to come back. They are always so quick and efficient. I can't find any place that has better pricing (I paid $77 for an oil change which is very reasonable). They are also honest with me if they see anything wrong with my car.”

“First I like to say that I was unaware of Tech Lube changing company. I've been going here for the last 20+ years and it was great, disappointed they didn't post anything on their website. I came to have my annual oil change and the one thing I was disappointed with is not getting the courtesy fluids check or tire pressure check however I am going to give Strickland Brothers a chance because I still find it convenient, affordable , no appointment necessary and most of all still only takes 10 minutes. Hopefully I will continue to keep coming here for the next 20 years, we'll see how it goes., so I went for my oil change again on 9/10/22 and was very pleased with the quick response time. I came in and waited in office waiting room however 5 minutes later my oil change was done,,,Great job guys!!! 3/18/23 came again for my oil change and first time ever there were a line of cars waiting for service, at least 4 in front of me. I was tempted to pull back out thinking I'll probably be waiting 40 minutes, 10 for each car however really needed my oil change done and did not want to come back. To my surprise waiting only 15 minutes ,got my fluids checked, air in my tires checked and oil change done ,all in 8 minutes, awesome job once again guys and,,,,Thank you!!!!!4/13/2024: Arrived to get my oil change and was in and our before 10 minutes, was offered a water and yes they DID check my tire pressure and other fluids, once again Strickland AWESOME JOB,THANK YOU!!!! “I needed to have a pretty bad bend removed from my rim. Scott was able to schedule me in at a reasonable time frame just after a major holiday so that he could do the repair while I waited so that I wouldn't be stuck with a donut for a prolonged period of time. I'm very pleased with the work and Scott was very friendly. I highly recommend him and his shop for this type of work.”

“I was referred to Bob by a mechanic friend of my mother's after being given a ridiculous quote by Coastal Volkswagen. I did not know exactly what was wrong with my engine, besides that something was wrong with the timing chain and it had caused damage in other areas as well. Within a reasonable amount of time for the amount of work done, Bob diagnosed and repaired my car, explaining exactly what was wrong and what he was doing every step of the way. By the time everything was done, he'd fixed my engine and more for less than HALF of what Coastal had quoted me for. I wouldn't recommend another Volkswagen mechanic over Bob!Services: Engine repair”
“Five stars everyday all day for this team! Josh the manager is excellent!! I have been going to him for years for my services on all my cars ! He is the only jiffy lube I will go to and the only person besides me I let touch my cars! When I go to this jiffy I know I am getting the best possible service for oil changes and more around! They are quick , efficient and reliable! They do not pressure you into anything but simply let you know what your car needs and recommend. I highly recommend coming to this location! I live in Hyde park and drive past multiple other locations and thirty mins just to come here! Thank you Josh and his team for always being reliable and trustworthy! “They do the right thing. I had them come tow my truck because it wouldn’t start I had no idea what the issue was and they came picked it up and fixed a very minor issue. “I got my oil changed here and it was a very quick service! It seriously took me less than 20 minutes. The employees were very kind and courteous and they even offered to add air into my tires for me. I thought it was an upcharge at first so I said no but then they explained that it was included! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a coupon on my phone, and he said he took care of it but when I looked at my receipt later I realized the coupon wasn’t applied. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt though because I really don’t think they noticed and I didn’t notice either so its partially my fault as well. I will definitely be coming to this location again though!”

“Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.”

“My wife and I went in for an oil change upon an inspection, the staff found a crack in my oil pan. They advised me to return it to the dealership to get it fixed . If they didn’t catch it I would have blown my Engine. Little side note my last oil change was with the dealership .They were the ones who caused the crack to begin with . A very big round of applause for Valvoline on centre st in Quincy Ma and all the staff that were on that day. Thank you very much Briana, Robert ,Chris, and Michael.”
“This team is awesome! I came for an oil change. You don't have to get out of your car. They checked the other stuff like battery and tire pressure. They show the customer the old stuff and then the new stuff before they put it in (like filters, oil). And all of them were super friendly! They appeared to love being at work, which I believe is a rare thing to encounter. I'll be coming back here every time for my vehicle maintenance ,and if I'm ever looking for a job this will be the first place I apply. They truly provide the best service and the best customer service!”

“Yesterday I had to pull over suddenly for a little roadside emergency and Advanced Auto was closest. I called them blindly and quite a bit stressed about this horrible noise my car started making, not drivable and I rely on my car for a living. Mike was patient and kind and was able to figure out the problem quickly so I had my car back by the end of the day. He was fair and put me at ease with it being a simple solution. Overall a great experience ! They were very busy and he could have easily brushed me off but saved my day instead. I’d def return in the futureService: Auto brake repair”
