I originally went to their website, easily input my car info, it recommended great Pirelli tires and emailed me a quote.I made the appointment online, and Spencer had me send a photo of my current tires to make sure the tires quoted would fit. Took my car in, was greeted by Spencer and noticed the store was in good shape and very clean.When I picked up my car, the total was exactly as quoted. There were no B.S. add ons, no last minute additions, nothing. Exactly as quoted.You don't find this often in the tire business. You'll get a quote, but then when you get to the store, something was missed, added on, or needed but not quoted. Not here. At Kenwood, they honor their quote and provide great service.I'll be taking my wife's car there for tires this week, and will have both cars' oil changed here from now on. Rich diagnosed my truck issue within a few hours and had a more than reasonable estimate with a list of recommended things to be fixed but didn’t push to sell me on the whole thing and did what was needed to get me safely on the road again. I will be returning with a list of repairs for them. They are honest, reasonable and have A+ communication and costumer service. I had previously brought my car in a little over a year ago for rear brakes and I only put under 8k on the brakes so they should have been good. The owner (George) did my rear brakes and rotors free of charge. They are an honest business which is refreshing and won’t gouge you for things your car doesn’t need. I only bring my cars here and you should too!”

“Yesterday I had to pull over suddenly for a little roadside emergency and Advanced Auto was closest. I called them blindly and quite a bit stressed about this horrible noise my car started making, not drivable and I rely on my car for a living. Mike was patient and kind and was able to figure out the problem quickly so I had my car back by the end of the day. He was fair and put me at ease with it being a simple solution. “Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.”

They explained different services without trying to push a sell too hard and I drove away feeling like I understood more. Finley was personable and made my first valvoline experience very pleasant. “The Gm of the location is impressive, helpful and dedicated to his job for not only his customers, but from talking to him his employees as well. I always feel nervous going in for car repairs because you never know if the person helping out is actually telling the truth for what is need. The price was amazing for all my breaks to be replaced and oil change! (I did not plan on getting the breaks done just oil changer here as we have someone we go to for this stuff, but because of how the GM came out my situation, I was more than happy to give him my business) I will be back for more work, he deserves more money and recognition from his upper leadership team for the service he provides. also, your master mechanic was quick and did great work on my moms car. What i really liked is that it was in no way a pushy type of sales move it was recommending some things that will need to be addressed if not now sometime in the future. “First I like to say that I was unaware of Tech Lube changing company. I've been going here for the last 20+ years and it was great, disappointed they didn't post anything on their website. I came to have my annual oil change and the one thing I was disappointed with is not getting the courtesy fluids check or tire pressure check however I am going to give Strickland Brothers a chance because I still find it convenient, affordable , no appointment necessary and most of all still only takes 10 minutes. Hopefully I will continue to keep coming here for the next 20 years, we'll see how it goes., so I went for my oil change again on 9/10/22 and was very pleased with the quick response time. I came in and waited in office waiting room however 5 minutes later my oil change was done,,,Great job guys!!! 3/18/23 came again for my oil change and first time ever there were a line of cars waiting for service, at least 4 in front of me. I was tempted to pull back out thinking I'll probably be waiting 40 minutes, 10 for each car however really needed my oil change done and did not want to come back. To my surprise waiting only 15 minutes ,got my fluids checked, air in my tires checked and oil change done ,all in 8 minutes, awesome job once again guys and,,,,Thank you!!!!!4/13/2024: Arrived to get my oil change and was in and our before 10 minutes, was offered a water and yes they DID check my tire pressure and other fluids, once again Strickland AWESOME JOB,THANK YOU!!!!
