“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“Stopped in today to send out some Christmas cards. The line was almost out the door, but in typical fashion the works got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. Every time I've gone to this location it has been a positive experience. The worker are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and any review on here that claims otherwise is just dead wrong. I moved about 15 minutes away this past year and still travel to this specific location when I need postal services because of the workers they have. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated!”

They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”

The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. “It’s started as a random google search in the early evening hours looking for the nearest UPS location that carry boxes big enough to fit in a printer of 18x24x19 ( WxDxH) weighted 60pounds. I found Pigeon Post in Attleboro. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I proceeded to described what I needed and he suggested that I come in person to the store right away; but it was early in the evening so I settled in to go first thing in the morning instead. Once I got there, the experience took a turn for the better. George was very attentive, customer service at its best and more importantly kindness and efficiency were in full display throughout. Knowledge is everywhere, the issue is some people know how to share it better than others. In business is not about making money its rather know how not to lose money. If you are in need of the type of service they're offering, I would advise that you stop by and wouldn't be disappointed.”
