“Fantastic. Needed a Stealth Hitch re-installed after someone else botched the install, and was just so relieved to have found Kyle and his team. Totally in their own league when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, friendliness, trustworthiness, and bringing a genuine joy to their work. They even found a loose brake line (which they took pics for posterity, tightened for safety, and cleaned for corrosion), and also went above and beyond to make an appointment for my car’s computer to be updated with a local dealership as part of the unique hitch’s wiring instructions. I wish I had another reason to go back to give them more business, they deserve it. 5 stars all day long.”
“Great people. Very nice work. I had my vehicle repaired here for collision. My insurance (Amica) made it easy. My insurance set up a rental for me, and James Auto took care of everything for me. When i dropped off my vehicle, they contacted Enterprise car rental, and they dropped off a rental for me and were also extremely nice and helpful. James Auto is the place to go to. I recommend it 10/10. They made it very easy and took care of it all. Such great people!”

And I bought $120 worth of more stuff i needed, at the same time.... Shop step stool, metric ratcheting wrenches, hitch equipment for my zero turn to pull a leaf rake; you name it.”
“We stopped in last week to look at a used Corvette. Dan, the salesman quickly came out to greet us. He was such a pleasant, down to earth young man. We talked cars for awhile and he showed me the Corvette. Beautiful car! We had to leave though, but there was no pressure to buy from him. Fast forward one week later and we are back at Tasca. This time to buy!! Dan was super amazing, we went for a test drive, he explained everything about the Corvette and we came back to the dealership to close the deal! “Need any services to your wheels or tires? Jim’s Rims will get you right! Called on a Monday and they squeezed me in the next day early. Came in to get one of my bent rims fixed and they ended up showing me that all 4 of my rims needed to be fixed as they were quite bent too. They also showed me how bad my tires were and they replaced those as well as fixed all 4 rims. The car handles and drives so much better now and honestly feels brand new. I did choose to wait for my vehicle there and they tried their best to expedite the work to get me out of their sooner. 100% satisfied and will return if needed!”
