“Had what I needed. A strange thing, my GPS wanted me to drive right by the front entrance on the right. Then to turn right, drive up the road behind the buildings. At that point I drove into the rear of Harbor Freight and drove back onto rt.44 and entered right next door. If your GPS acts up, just know they're across the street from U-Haul and next door to KFC. People are great and Darrell was a real help.??”

“The Breno's Collision Shop is my go-to for whatever any of my vehicles need. From an oil change, to cosmetic repairs. I recently had two accidents, one being major one; and I still can't believe how good, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable everyone is in the shop. “Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly, & most of all reasonably priced for great repairs & diagnostic work! Not just out to be a salesman & push parts on you like the big stores with shops do! Manny & Bonesy will always do what they can to get you driving safely as soon as they can! They use top of the line parts & never just do something without your permission ahead of time! They've even made time for me when I've just stopped in sometimes for something small ex: if my check engine light was on they could help read the codes & write them down for me & then schedule a time for me to bring my car back in to get worked on. They've always been super honest with me if something has ever come up that they couldn't do or if they felt it might've not have been worth it (due to me having an older car 1 time), or even if there was something that they felt I might've been better off taking to another garage if it wasn't their specialty even! They're very humble guys with great work ethics & hard working! They fix cars & can do repairs, not just part changers but, can change parts out obviously too! They work on everything from antique cars to new cars for some things. I've always been treated with respect & as a girl they will take the time to explain stuff to me when I've bombarded them with questions in the past & that's something that not other shops would do for me! I've even had them look over used cars before buying 1 because I know I can trust them! I love their honesty & nobody can beat their prices for the workmanship you'll get there! I think they're #1 in all of Taunton & surrounding area for a repair shop!!”

“Very nice & super helpful ! I got hit on Friday :(. The pd called them as my car wasn't drivable. Both myself & the police noted the front end damages. Today when I went to check on my " baby". The gentlemen told me I had also been hit on my rear door & behind it. He noticed the damages when taking my terrain off his flatbed. That's a huge help to getting All the damages repaired especially as the guy who hit is trying to say I hit him. The damages all show othwise.”

“My experience at this location was surprisingly different compared to the past and other locations. When I went in they weren't busy at all. I'd asked the salesman behind the front counter for help with a seasonal item, but he said they don't do that. I guess I was lucky he completed my purchase. Then I went back in for something else and asked Jim for help and he was wonderful. He took his time explaining the change in features on the gas cans and helped me pick out the correct bottle of STA-BIL for me to use in a riding lawnmower and was very helpful, patient, polite, pleasant, and professional which are all important qualities when it comes to any of the items I'd personally be buying from this store. It's a shame the other kid struggled to even change wipers and he seemed to think he was above washing a windshield. I'd hate to see if anyone needed their battery checked and how he'd handle that... it would probably fall on Big Jim who's too nice and professional to leave a customer hanging. I think the kid is limited to being a cashier and lacks the training all the guys used to have when you'd go to a store like this.”
