172 Main St, Reading“The only reason this company didn't get a 5 star rating is because they have no front door. Seriously, they are in an industrial park and you have to enter through another business to get to them or go around the side and through a loading dock (danger)! However, they were very quick (1 day turn around), cheap ($2/knife to hone) and very good (like a samurai sword). I was a little leery to leave my very expensive Shun knives with them because they have mountains of restaurant knives that they work on. They must provide sharpening services for area restaurants or they may get the raw blades from the manufacturer and put an edge on them there. The guy I talked to, Brian, could see I was worried and showed me the difference between the a "sharpening" and a "honing". I opted for honing, but if you have knives that have been abused, you may want to go to the next level. Overall, although a little tricky to find, well worth the effort.3/26/13 Update: I brought my knives in a second time and graciously, they have added an entrance on the side of the building (although it still dumps you into the workshop, not an office). This time, they sharpened my knives while I waited. The entire transaction took only 10 minutes! Their prices went up $1/knife since my last sharpening, but at $3/knife, still the best deal in town!”
“We worked with Katie on our new kitchen. During the first consultation she listen to our ideas and offered great suggestions. She came out to our home and to take measurements and see if our ideas could become a reality. She really listened to what we wanted and drew up the initial plans. She was accommodating to any changes I can up with. She offered many helpful suggestions along the way. She found us a great contractor. She answered any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. This was a big project for us and everything went completely smoothly. I never write reviews. I am grateful to Katie for her great work and help and would highly recommend her for any project.”

500 Lynnway, Lynn“I will try to update with photos, but can't rate Ital highly enough! Kelly McCormick is a design genius, and one of the best professionals I've ever worked with. From design, templating to install, Ital has been nothing but a pleasure to work with! If you're looking for stone, look at Ital!”
“Have used these folks twice so far. Simply put, they are the best all around when you look at price, product, and service. We worked with Scott. He is a real pro. No headaches. No issues. These guys are the best!!!”
“I had narrowed down the style of tile I needed for my backsplash to two from Ann Sacks collection but I didn't live close to the Kohler store. I phoned and talked with Elena and explained my situation. She was wonderful and suggested they send me samples of the two tiles so I could make a final decision. I was shocked to receive the samples the very next day and she also included a penny tile sample along with the 4x8" samples so I could use them when trying to color match. I made my decision and called Elena to order the 4 boxes of tile I needed. She helped me make the purchase and the tile arrive within a couple weeks, and not a single tile was broken. Definitely recommend the Kohler store and Elena.”

21 Manison St, Stoneham“I'll sound like a repeat of Dan W.'s comment above. I needed I piece of granite made into a corner bench in my new tiled shower. IcCalled and went in out of the blue and Charlie walked around with me to pick out a piece in the yard. I asked how long and it was 2 days and short money. I didn't think a place would want to even bother for that amount. The place I was getting the shower pieces and countertops acted like they were doing me a favor to make and sell me their product and I got a song and dance. Finally delivered pieces I needed and were cut 1/4" narrower than the plan I gave them, gave me a rough cut (rectangular) windowsill and didn't come template it as a window sill. Needless to say, I'm not getting my countertops from them and I'm going to Sygma in about an hour to get excellent service.”
“Their showroom is like a jewelry store. Beautiful! And I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for as they have a huuuge selection. Carol and Jonathan, the owners, are very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them!”

398 Main St, Medford“Matt Construction was fantastic: They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, punctual, kept us updated on what was happening at all times, and always had someone here working throughout the project. When a city inspector came by at one point and saw they were our contractor they said, "Oh, they've done a lot of work (in Malden). They're great."
We had originally found them through another referral site where they had extensive reviews for excellent work. After bidding them against three other companies, we felt they offered the best value in terms of quality for our money spent, and we were not disappointed.
Love our new kitchen.”

187 Lexington St, Waltham“I had a great experience with Interior Stone putting new kitchen countertops in. They were quick to answer any questions and walked me through all my options in the showroom and helped me choose a slab. I had a tight timeline to work with and in the end the counters were ready to install a few days earlier than we originally thought which was great.”
“Cabinets to Go made our kitchen remodel easy: from purchase to final installation, the process was smooth and clear. Nate, at the Woburn store, and Augusto, our installer, answered every question and helped us make great choices for our kitchen. The cabinets look terrific and give us more space than we anticipated.”
“We found the prices affordable (a good set of 6 stemless engraved wine glasses for 1.99 each, total of $12). We had fun browsing and imagined replacing other hand-me-downs in our house with better versions from here eventually. We'll be back.”
“It has been a great pleasure to work with Ani and Margarit! We love the new look of our kitchen, great quality and delivered on time! As they said, they only choose the makers who stand well behind their brand! Ani and Margarit helped me to understand all the details: materials, types of cabinets, the diffident ways to integrate lights under the top cabinets. They provided samples to help me make the right decision and helped me find ways to have the design I want while staying within the budget! Thank you!”

650 Broadway, Malden“"After seeing the beautiful kitchen designs on Halco’s website, I spoke with Tyler where he listened to my kitchen renovation needs and guided me through the process of a design with Halco Kitchen & Bath. Immediately the communication was outstanding! My designer Erin, who was so easy to talk with, friendly and professional began working with me. She explained the many design choices available along with any pros and cons there may be so I could have the kitchen of my dreams that would be a well-planned, functional space and beautiful all at the same time! Thank you Halco!"Sue R”

85 Terrace Hall Ave, Burlington“We visited because we were replacing the outside lighting fixtures on our 30+ year old home. We wanted to make sure that we made choices that were consistent with the style of the home and also reflected current trends. Our consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to our concerns and help us make choices that will look good and enhance the home's value. We'd definitely return any time we needed help with lighting design.”

77 Leonard St, Belmont“Great knife sharpening. I brought in a very dull inherited knife that I had tried unsuccessfully to sharpen at home. Now it has been cutting like new for weeks.I am disappointed that I was required to give an email address to purchase, only to be added to a mailing list which I didn't want but oh well ?♂️ it's easy to unsubscribe.”
10AM - 8PM
310 Market St, Lynnfield“I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.”
“I definitely felt relief here compared to the big box stores like home depot or lowes who often ran out of staple items and have them in disarray. Here i found 3/4" ball valves for radiators, nipples and couplings (though they didn't have a hex coupling). They close early and during the week only, that makes it challenging for private parties but also for mom and pop plumbers who can't focus on job and push part replenishing activities for after hours. The prices are surprisingly reasonable !You will not get much store help though. Checkout process can be lengthy and there's always a line, keeps help people off the aisles to help.Return policy is great if you don't use the parts.”
9AM - 5PM
134 Mystic Ave, Medford“Staff there saved our marriage with the recommendation of this tile — not what either of us had considered, but a perfect balance between what the tile guy was recommending and playful!”
“Very professional and very helpful with ideas to help me replace a difficult cooktop! The electrician came with a carpenter, both were very knowledgeable & great with ideas. Looking forward to working with them!”
