“I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.”

“These guys are amazing. I called customer service when the item I was holding out on buying sold out online, and the operator figured out which stores were still carrying my pumpkin punch bowl and gave me the phone number for this and another store. Not only were the people at this store super helpful, they didn't charge me full price which more than offset the price of shipping. I don't know if it was already on their sale rack at the actual store, but they could've easily charged me full price especially since the item never went on clearance online. And it arrived at my door step in just a few days. Great store! Great people! Great products!”

“I ordered a small vanity here for a powder room. We wanted something very narrow but had room width wise. I liked that we were able to customize the piece. The woman who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. The owner let us borrow the paint sample for a few hours to match paint for our trim which was appreciated. The piece took longer than we originally thought, but because of COVID, I do not blame the store. I would absolutely use them again for my next project.”

“I definitely felt relief here compared to the big box stores like home depot or lowes who often ran out of staple items and have them in disarray. Here i found 3/4" ball valves for radiators, nipples and couplings (though they didn't have a hex coupling).They close early and during the week only, that makes it challenging for private parties but also for mom and pop plumbers who can't focus on job and push part replenishing activities for after hours.The prices are surprisingly reasonable !You will not get much store help though. Checkout process can be lengthy and there's always a line, keeps help people off the aisles to help.Return policy is great if you don't use the parts.”

I am in the middle of a major bathroom remodel, acting as my own general contractor (never again!) and I have had to rely heavily on guidance from my plumber and staff at plumbing supply companies in my search for product. Peabody Supply is hands-down, the best company I have dealt with. I give them 5 stars for customer service, knowledge, quality, and price. Heather Reed in the Peabody location is a true pro and has been a delight to work with. The same can be said about Nick Lowery in the Kinston office. In fact, other staff that I talked to briefly by phone or in person have been great. From this day forward, they are my one and only plumbing supply source.”

“I am extremely pleased with the excellent service that ProSource in Woburn provided for my recent purchase of wide plank engineered hardwood flooring. I had a good installer lined up to install a floating floor on top of an old original terrazzo floor in my condo, but was overwhelmed with selecting a product because the small samples the installer had weren't big enough to see what a whole floor would look like, and he only had a few samples on hand. In addition, due to pandemic-related supply chain disruptions I learned that many products were on back order and there was a big price variation in the first few options I looked at. The installer's distributor didn't have a huge selection either, but I had seen a link to the ProSource showroom and knew it was nearby, so just drove around the corner and was lucky to meet up with Paul Coutoumas. Paul not only showed me many more options at a range of prices but also thoroughly explained the extras like the underlayment, transition pieces, timing for delivery, etc. When I told him I wanted a high-end look and quality product but at a reasonable mid-range price, he steered me right to a couple of great options – well known, quality manufacturers with a range of products at a range of prices that I found very reasonable. Paul loaned me a couple of large sample boards to take home. I made a couple of showroom visits, and each time, even if he was very busy with others, Paul made time for me. We also had a few email exchanges and phone conversations and he was always easy to reach or to quickly get back to me if he was tied up. I put in an order pretty quickly and there was a little back and forth after the installer told me more specifically what to order, and Paul was again extremely fast to respond and adjust. Amazingly, the flooring arrived within just a few days and my gorgeous new floors were installed not long after. In other words, Paul was just fantastic - so friendly, helpful, and extremely generous with his time educating me about the various options. Thanks to him and ProSource I was able to make an informed choice and select the perfect product for my needs and my budget, and I absolutely love the gorgeous result. I plan to return soon to Pro Source for bedroom carpet, bathroom flooring, and probably tile as well. I’d never want to go anywhere else after this excellent experience, and very highly recommend them.”

“We just left Ferguson plumbing and couldn't be more satisfied. We went in for a part & the 2 men at the parts counter went out of their way to be accommodating. The part was for a faucet & although they were not familiar with the product they looked up the info and called. The manufacturer was in Canada however that didn't seem to bother them. They ordered the part for us (apparently it was under warranty because there was no charge). We were told it would be shipped to our home in 3-5 business days. This will be our place to shop for fixtures etc. We highly recommend and thank them.”

“Oasis Shower Doors are the best. Their showroom is first rate and their sales people are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Communications were quickly answered. The installation site is first templated and alas there is a 5-week lead time on the glass. Installation of the glass took less than 2 hours and the quality of materials and workmanship are first rate. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Nice, clean distribution Ctr. in rear of large industrial park. Tricky to locate using Google Maps as GPS guide as app will give audio notification "You have arrived at your destination.." when Cardinal Shower is really located in adjacent bldg with single metal roll up garage bay door with single entrance door way next to it (shipping /receiving area)... with glass entrance door having custom business ID lettering on it that DOES NOT say Cardinal Glass.... It says " Markus (Markus .. something) .... Thought business was high end hair salon @ early morning hours untill I saw other glass co. vans pull up and go inside. You would NOT ever guess that this tiny entrance way is actually the shipping / receiving area for the regionally famed Cardinal Shower distribution ctr... I think they could do better at making their business more noticable for first time visitors by actually removing the old lettering from previous business off door and pasting that well known ? red Cardinal bird logo somewhere local to the actual entrance so a glazier in a hurry to pick up his stock shower panels and associated hardware (who's never visited before) doesn't get misled by current lettering on door with NO other Cardinal logo or lettering anywhere to be found to identify them as current tennent of business...lol...once insude, these guys were great to deal with. Insisted on helping me load mutiple 72" high partition panels and door into tight glass rack and double checked shipping invoice to ensure I was not missing any of the hardware for this install job.Well done guys. Thanx”
