“Wonderful Vets and staff. They take the best care of my dog and take the time to research and explain things to me. They are great at accommodating my dogs schedule when possible. I have been bringing my dogs to them for 20 years. I moved out of state and still bring my dog to them!”
“Forgive me for the lengthy review, but I believe this is worth the read if you also have a cat who tends to be a bit difficult to examine due to their anxiety.I have been bringing my cats to TCH for a little while now, and I can't give enough praise for the level of exceptional care they ALWAYS provide. A recent visit with one of my cats, who is very defensive when in an unfamiliar place, compelled me to write a review. If you are a new cat parent or are looking to switch from a previous location, TCH is the place to go!My cat is a sweetheart, but like many, she becomes anxious/upset in unfamiliar environments. She gets overwhelmed easily and tends to lash out as a result. I've had less-than-pleasant encounters at a different clinic where the staff seemed uninterested in finding a way to work with my grouchy girl. I try to be understanding because I understand that burnout is very real when it comes to this profession... With that said, it was a different story at TCH, especially because of Dr. Abby Fitzgerald and Cat.Dr. Fitzgerald and Cat were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with my girl. They truly went above and beyond, taking extra measures such as moving slowly, speaking quietly, and even doing my cat's examinations on the FLOOR to ensure she felt less exposed and overwhelmed on the exam table. TCH also makes use of FELIWAY-infused towels as well as FELIWAY diffusers, which has been shown to have calming effects on cats. The result? A surprisingly smooth experience. Although she gave a couple of hisses and swats, she was far more cooperative than in previous experiences. In the past (at different clinics), my girl would run and hide under the bed for hours after a visit to the vet as she would be so anxious. But, at our TCH visit? She walked out of her carrier and took a nap on the cat tree as if nothing ever happened when we came home. She also didn't say a "word" on the car ride back home (she is often vocal in the car, as she was very displeased on our commute TO the clinic). The TCH team, including Dr. Zilinski and Dr. Lovelace who have also seen/treated my other cats, are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming to questions. Bryana and Julie have also become familiar faces to my cats, and their hard work and presence is always appreciated. My family and I are always cautious with who we trust with our fluffy family members, and I can confidently say that I can put my trust in anyone at TCH when it comes to the well-being of my cats.In summary, TCH stands out as the kindest, most patient, and most trustworthy team for your cats. They go above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for anxious cats, and all while keeping everyone safe. Oh, and don't forget to say hello to the adorable resident cat, Babyface!”
“I am very happy with Norton Animal Hospital. All of the veterinarians and staff take very good care of Jovi and Rei. They are very knowledgeable, and caring. I would not go anywhere else with my precious Jovi and Rei.”
“Bonnie (and Erin) came to examine my 12 year old 120# Yellow Lab Cooper yesterday. I can't say enough good things about their service. Bonnie was recommended by Cooper's former Vet due to the fact it's very difficult and stressful to Coop to get him in the car for a visit to the Vet's office. The exam was very thorough and I felt as if they were caring for their own pet. They cleaned his ears, checked him from head to toe and gave me some solution to help with a growth on his back. Great service and very nice folks!”
“Dr. Becky Ruemmler responded to an emergency I had called in. She was empathetic, calm, professional and reacted promptly. Her skills were impressive - working in a pasture in the dark of night on a horse in pain and unsteady on his hooves. It seemed as if nothing deterred her confidence in being able to help. Horses in her care should be considered very fortunate.”

49 Cove Dr, Taunton“I am a guardian home for Cove Angels and got the one of the best additions to my family because of the program. Dukka is such a good dog and was already trained when I got him. Mike and Kerry have always been there for me with any questions I have and I couldn’t have asked for a better situation. He’s an angel and I’m so blessed to Cove Angels for trusting in me.”

1014 Pearl St, Brockton“Brought my very needy and guarded dog Duncan for a training consultation and they set very clear expectations, made Duncan feel safe and clearly have plenty of experience dealing with difficult-through no fault of their own-dogs of all ages. It's the first place where I've felt safe boarding the little guy, making them lifesavers for both of us.”
“Veterinarian was very helpful. He explains details, and listens well to my questions. He is kindhearted & gentle. It’s not a lot of extras, but simple and affordable. He is very knowledgeable about Cats/ kittens. Great for vaccinations.”
“Just started coming here, and love it. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring, and sincere. *My* veterinarian Rosemary is simply wonderful. Techs are all great too. Everyone is just so nice. Even my pup is comfortable coming...there's something you don't hear everyday...?.”
“Everyone was wonderful! Affordable routine visit for my cat. Highly recommend! All of the staff made me and my kitty feel very welcome for her first visit. They even had her name included on a cute painting on the window which was so sweet.”
“We are thrilled to have found this veterinary clinic and attached rehab facility for our dogs. They have been nothing short of sensational. We have met all the vets and been super impressed. My senior shepherd was fading and she has really sparked back to life under the guidance of the veterinary and rehab staff. I couldn't be more pleased or more grateful! Look at her leap up those stairs now! I few weeks ago she needed help.”
“Incredible people from office staff to vet techs to vet. Our cat had a situation that needed taken care of ..they arranged to do the surgery very next day. Thank you all!”
“5 stars is not enough, because Taunton Animal Hospital breaks the scale. Dr. Cowe and their team are full of bright, caring, genuine people who have left an imprint on my heart on how well they take care of my dog (and me) Every single person who was working on 11/6/23 I need to personally thank. The love is un-matched and I will never take my dog elsewhere. Thank you everyone for being kind people. I freaking love you all! xoxo”
“I absolutely love this place. Very clean and accommodating. Also very reasonable cost. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Tedie is knowledgeable, kind, and isn't in a rush to get you out of there. He answers any and all questions you might have. I had my cats at a different vet but ended up bringing my fur babies here.”
“The staff and Dr. Bruzzi were so kind and considerate. They helped make a difficult decision bearable. I was treated with compassion and kindness. Thank you so much!”
“Dr. Donohue and staff treated and cared for my dog with an excellent outcome. Staff were friendly, attentive, thorough and clear with all consents, instructions and expectations in regard to all appointments, exams and procedures. Provided all needed medications and answered all questions. Clean environment promoting health safety. My pets tumor was removed in a timely manner with a positive outcome. Services are somewhat costly but everything is these days. Thank you Dr. Donohue and ladies.”
“My family has been going to BAH for years with my childhood dog and now that i have animals of my own i started bringing them there too. I wish i could leave 10 stars for them, every single person that works in the office is so patient, understanding and compassionate. This past year has been a rollercoaster with my cats unexpected health problems and there has been a handful of emergency visits/after hour calls. They not only prioritize my cats health, but they always make sure i am okay with everything that goes on as well. I am moving in a couple weeks to North Carolina and i will say, parting ways with BAH will be the most difficult part of the move.”
“Went in on July 13th for routine checkup. Our girl Cora needless to say does not particularly care for the Vet. She is the sweetest cat in the world, but anytime we have ever had to bring her for a checkup, she turns into a Cat monster. Hissing, spitting, and just ferocious so the team @ DR Animal Hospital recommended that she be put under a light anesthesia for her visit to make it more comfortable for everyone.I think its fair to say that any good pet owner gets worried whenever their animal is unhappy, distressed and would do anything to make their animal not feel that. The team did everything by the books. I've been to other animal hospitals that do a terrible job with the whole empathy thing. When we dropped her off, we left knowing that she is in great hands! The best part is how they handled our visit when time to settle up. We were having an issue with our CareCredit card as we have not used it in a long time and had a new card that we never did activate. After calling Care Credit, they informed us that DR AH could look up our account. With a little hard work from Mackenzie and the rest of the team, we were able to get the problem resolved and use our CareCredit card with 6 months of no interest! I wish I knew any of the other Vet's names, but there were good vibes on every single part of the Visit! Highly recommend and our other buddy Dawson will be by in a few days for his checkup as well!!!Customer for life!! Thanks to DR Animal Hospital and their staff”
“Unbelievably understanding, and empathetic for my baby girl Luna. She was unfortunately attacked by another pitbull. She was lovingly taken care of and comfortable while she was there. They have called several times just to check in on Luna.”
“They are so helpful and very good with the animals. My dogs love going to petco for their vaccinations because itis less stressful than a regular vet. There are so many interesting smells and things to see that they are very distracted.Plus afterwards I buy them a treat for being so good. And getting all their vaccines without the visit fee is amazing. You are saving between 50 to 150 just for the visit fee. That is not a small thing. If they just need thier shots. Go here hands down.”

595 W Center St, West Bridgewater“My sister and I had to bring her dog in for an emergency visit during the Memorial Holiday. I can not even begin to tell you how different this place is from another Animal ER place on the south shore! From the minute we walked in the staff was unbelievable ! We had t go back a second time because our little friend pulled his wick out and once again, met with the same kindness and professionalism! The girls at the desk... expedient and knowledgeable, the Vet techs, compassionate and very, very good at what they do and the Vet herself, simply awesome!! My sister loved it so much here for her boy, she moved him over for NEAMC to be his life long care team. Great place, the BEST! Doesn't your family member deserve that? <3”
“We've taken 3 cats and a puppy here over the past 3 years and we love Dr Saxon and her staff. They were pleasant to us and kind to our babies. I'm sorry to read about the negative experiences. Not offering any excuses, but all the veterinarians offices we've encountered in the past have always operated under a high level of stress. Maybe that's why they have limited hours now.”
“I’m writing a positive review on behalf of our senior special needs dog Eddie, who passed away peacefully this summer. Eddie had a large inoperable tumor which we managed the best we could given the circumstances, he was rescued from the streets in terrible conditions, as a senior dog. That being said the main Vet is an older man who’s very quiet and doesn’t speak much, he isn’t very personable but knows his work. The vet nurses who cared for Eddie and helped sedate him for grooming sessions were always very attentive to Ed and cared a lot about his condition and health. They always wrapped him him cozy blankets to keep him safe and warm, and we’re very communicative about how he was doing during and after his grooming sessions. We understand it’s not easy to groom a dog with a tumor! We appreciate the care they gave him, which helped him live way longer than predicted. So thank you.”
“Dr. Veira and staff took such good care of my baby Zayne yesterday. He had 4 mass removals and they made sure every question and concern I had was thoroughly addressed. Julie especially, thank you again. Julie has a heart of gold and you can certainly tell by how she cares for customers and more importantly their pets comfort and wellness. The front desk staff is also amazing. Kindness is hard to find these days. You are all so appreciated. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. Zayne said hi to all his friends ♡♡♡ you are all angels.
