“I am Totally impressed with the service and genuine care of Janis and her team at Auto craft. They went above and beyond what anyone would expect in assisting me with repairing a flat in a time of extreme need, not charging me for the repair and taking the time to also give me a sticker. I deliver meals on wheels in Randolph and my car was filled to the brim with lunches. What a spot but they came to my rescue!! I actually came back for the sticker after completing my routes.. Thanks again for your outstanding service . God bless !”
“After having some difficulty with an unnamed, large auto repair service; my car was experiencing some starting and stopping. I brought my car to Jimmy, at Randolph Auto Clinic. The whole time he was investigating the issue, he would call me or send me texts, pics and videos of what he was doing. Turns out, the large auto service company, where I had my oil change, had installed the incorrect oil filter. That, in turned caused a whole heap of trouble! Over $1400.00 worth of trouble! Needless to say, Jimmy let me know that he would take care of it. My car is back to performing the way it should! I have to admit, initially, when I thought of taking my car to Randolph Auto Clinic, I was told by relatives that they were just a tad pricey, but in all honesty, they are VERY THOROUGH! Also, when I priced the work elsewhere, it was comparable. So, to me, they were worth it! Thanks Jimmy!”

“It’s the 4th of July. We decided we wanted to grill. We purchased all the food. As Murphy’s Law would have it though our gas tank was on empty. Called three places and all three were unable to help. Called AL Prime on a whim and not only did they have one tank left but the customer service was exceptional. As a side note, almost everywhere I go the customer service is terrible; no one takes pride in their work anymore… workers on their phone, swearing in front of customers, unmotivated to help, but not at AL Prime. Damari who helped me was polite, professional and even held the last tank while I quickly drove down to pick it up. When I arrived and walked through the door he confirmed my name so he knew I was the one he put the last tank aside for. It was an unexpectedly excellent customer service experience. In my job, I work with a lot of different people; based on this one interaction alone, I anticipate Damari will have a successful future.”
