“I was not expecting to have my expectations met today for a walk-in slow leaking tire repair. Full disclosure: I called the Sullivan shop by the South Shore Plaza and wasn't impressed with their answers to my questions or their general attitude. I thought there was a shop closer to me in Quincy Center, so I drove there instead without calling first. The answers were the same but with much more kindness and understanding. It was around 9:30 am and I needed to have my car by 4 pm to which they said leave it with us and we'll see what we can do. I got a call close to 3:30 pm telling me it would be done by the time I got there. And it was. I was TOTALLY shocked when he told me he was doing his good deed for the day and charged me nothing. SULLIVAN IS NOW AT THE TOP OF MY LIST FOR TIRE REPAIRS!!!”

“I have been going here for the past 4 years from when I had my previous car to my new one. Peter and his staff have always been efficient, honest, and helpful. When my previous car had issues, he was honest to me about repair costs and wether it was even worth it to fix or get a new car. When I recently needed my oil changed for my new car, he noticed an oil leak in the valve cover and again honestly told me to not get the oil change from him and to get it repaired first from the dealership since it was still under warranty. Peter runs an honest business where he genuinely wants to help rather than take advantage of his customers, many times he told me his honest opinion and saved me money when it did not benefit him. I cannot recommend and thank him enough!”
