“Most of the coaches are great and inspire you to push harder in your workouts! I’ve joined several other different gyms but OTF is the longest gym I’ve been committed to! I love the quality of the workouts and the variety that they offer! I definitely see myself sticking with OTF for a lifetime!”

“At first I was a bit skeptical, because of the low prices. However, I came to like this gym. It’s big with multiple sections for dumbbells, smith machines, pull up bars, cardio machines, and an area for lighter dumbbells and mattresses. It’s also open 24 hours a few days per week. But note that it will get crowded and most times you have to wait for most of the dumbbells and sometimes even the pull-up bars. It is also not the place for serious lifters as the weights do not go up that high and there are no free barbells.”

“The best part of this gym is the small group training. Fitness coach Hudson is my favorite. He can always modify any exercise to accommodate your fitness level or if you have a specific body pain. He watches each of us through the rounds and helps us fix our form so we are doing the exercise correctly. He always has a smile and positive energy. Along with Spencer, they make coming to this gym a supportive community. I recommend it to everyone no matter your fitness level!”

“Very nice business but there is one issue, front desk can be a tiny bit rude from time to time, not saying everyone is, but there is one lady who was being rude because I forgot my keycard to get into the y. It can also be a little overpacked at times. But overall, great place to play basketball and workout, also a great pool. You definitely get your moneys worth.”
