“Me and my friends dropped into this gym on a business trip and it is AMAZING. We loved it, the facility is nice, the coaches are great, the community super friendly and helpful. By the time we left it felt like we were a part of the gym. If we are ever back in town we will definitely drop in again!!”

“I was visiting from out of town for a couple of weeks. This is a great gym. It's old school. Members are polite and help each other. Plates are racked, and the place is kept very clean. I really enjoyed my work outs.”

“It’s usually always clean. People wipe down the machines after each use. There are enough machines to choose from where you’re not sitting around waiting to use one. Plenty of parking and the staff is usually pretty friendly.”
