“I spent a few days at CFP this week. The community was incredibly welcoming! The gym was the cleanest CF I have ever been in. The workouts were challenging and the coaches did a great job to create an experience that catered to each person attending class. If you are in the area of Pittsfield go see them!! Stoked to have found such a fun community to join while on vacation!”

Sue jumped right on the opportunity and we got right to work without hesitation! With her help I crushed the expectations! The staff are always personable and friendly and provide a very inclusive space for all fitness levels! They also offer a great array of classes and I was able to start learning yoga for my active off days! If you are looking for a local gym or a place to stay on track while visiting the area this is the place to be! I can’t thank Sue and her staff enough for their dedication and welcoming environment at LenoxFit!”
