Horrendous customer service provided at each of East Boston Savings Bank 3 locations.Lack of accountability requirement by the president and subordinates creates a climate of confrontation pattern.Suggest not banking at any above location.

I’ve been with EBSB for over 40 years and have used several locations. The service is excellent. Employees from tellers to managers are courteous and professional. Always ready to help solve your problems. I’ve recommended EBSB to others.

Advertise a 24 hour response time. Have not addressed my questions in 4 days.
