“These guys did some work on my Tesla and did a really great job for significantly less then what others were quoting. Paint match was perfect, and they didn’t take very long (but I also wasn’t in a rush). I’ll definitely be coming back if I have any other issues in the future”

Something that I loved was the honesty ,he was going to replace hood but was able to save it so the price went down…honestly if he didn’t tell me I wouldn’t know that he didn’t change the hood ,says a lot about them. “I have a classic car in excellent condition and low miles original that got a rock chip being trailered to a show. Many other shops would not take the job. Mass Auto Glass was confident they could do the job even after explaining in detail what needed to be done and certain parts that could be damaged with no reproductions available. They said they would keep the car inside and take their time. They covered the seats and had a dash protector. They were able to do the job without damaging the original parts. Everything lined up perfectly, there was no wind noise on the drive home and they even touched up some trim that was chipped. They went above and beyond. Dan and Augusto were awesome and always available. They have a body shop too so they can do touch ups and rust repair. Luckily my car didn’t have rust under the weatherstrip! I would definitely use them again and refer them!”

“I have a 2023 full size Range Rover and someone backed into me causing a softball sized dent right below the driver side rear break light. The body panels on this vehicle are aluminum and very difficult to reaper, much more so than steel. Most body shops do not have the talent to work on aluminum. I received several quotes from shops that do and they were "off the wall insane", over $5,000 for one little dent. These shops were recommended by the Range Rover dealer. I had Brian, the owner of Inline Autobody look at the dent and he said "no problem". They work on aluminum. The repair was perfect, paint match was perfect and for a fraction of the price I was quoted from the other shops. These guys are pros!And, I suspect any negative reviews, there is more to their story than they are telling you. Inline Autobody is professional, job was perfect and ready when they said it would be. “My rear drivers side window was shattered by a rock thrown by a weed whacker at 450pm. I immediately called safelite and asked the agent to let this location know I was on my way (they close at 5pm). I was literally 3 minutes away. I pull in and the receptionist came out to tell me to grab my registration. The service men cleaned up the shattered glass and put plastic up. The receptionist got all my info and scheduled my appointment in 2 days. All was done in 15 minutes! I was so grateful that they didn't turn me away because they should have been closing. I came back for the appointment. They took the car in on time, said it would take 60-90 minutes and they were down in 65 minutes! So friendly and efficient. They had a decent waiting area and the mall is close by as an option to spend some time while waiting. The insurance covered the cost and I walked out with a smile on my face! Thank you!”
