I had a very bad ding on my drivers side door that was driving me crazy as it was next to the door handle and very visible. Upon dropping the vehicle off the tech had some concerns and called me to review options before proceeding as he wanted to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. “I took my Tesla M3LR here for repair and it was a seamless experience. They handled the insurance separately and took away much for the headache of dealing with insurance after a crash. They even offered to coordinate a rental and coordinated fixing my PPF in the process. All I did was drop it off, pay what the insurance claim reimbursed me for, and pick up a clean "new" car. I didn't have to deal with any logistics at all. My battery was at 20% when I picked it up (50% when I dropped it off) so I was a little bummed I had to charge to get home, but they detailed the interior so it made up for it. Would highly recommend to all.”
