“I competitively autocross my Tesla Model 3 and took it to Larin Automotive for a track alignment. The alignment failed, not because of Larin's technician, but because one of my adjustable camber arms had seized and they concluded that trying to fix it could render the care undriveable. Victor Larin, the shop owner, personally took me into the shop, showed me exactly what was wrong, and talked me through the options. They also gave me advice on how to prevent seizing in my other adjustable arms. Ultimately I decided to order and install new camber arms myself to save labor costs. Larin immediately scheduled a 3-week follow-up with me and I was able to install the new arms and anti-seize all the old arms in time. On my follow-up they perfectly aligned my car in just an hour and a half, and I then went on to win two autocross events in a row with it this past weekend. Victor has also reached out to me personally multiple times since then. I can't recommend Larin Automotive enough.”

“Erik at Land Rover is the guy you want to buy a car from. He’s calm, knowledgeable, and available. He understands that purchasing a luxury car isn’t something that can be pushed or rushed. He let me take my time but also followed up. When I decided to move forward he was patient and showed me all of the functionality of the car. When I called him with a tech question, he answered right away and immediately knew what I was talking about and how to fix it. Justin in the finance department was also great. I was able to complete the lease paperwork with him virtually which was one of the best parts of this process.”

“Hey what can I say about Universal nothing but praise from me. I have a 1974 Pontiac Grandville. I dropped my car off to have the Carburetor rebuilt. I had ordered an OEM one and it would not run right. I brought my original Carburetor in they rebuilt it and put it back on the car. Car runs like a top and not a problem since. “The Store Manager Sean was a tremendous resource, I explained to Sean, the Bridgestone Alenza on my 2024 Volkswagen were noisy at highway speed and had a hard ride. Sean researched several options and recommended the Yokohama Geolander X - CV tires. Once installed, I noticed the change in ride, and comfort Immediately! This is the tire to get. No more road noise and the tire look great.

What stood out to me the most was how he communicated what needed to be done, called to say when the insurance adjustor came, when parts were ordered, etc. which is very rare these days to be kept abreast throughout the process. Most importantly, one would never be able to tell the car was hit from behind at 60 mph. Could not have been happier from start to finish!!”

“This auto shop came recommended to me by a very satisfied customer and friend. I relocated to this area and needed a mechanic I could rely on. I have an old car, 2009 Rav 4, pushing it to get as many miles as I can.Bobby called after checking car, explaining what he saw that needed repair and what did not need attention now, the price was agreeable. I had front and back brakes repaired, also an oil change. At the end of the day I picked it up and Ray reviewed the work and invoice on what was done.This is a nice local family business, both Bobby and his dad Ray were very nice to work with, I felt the communication was timely and all my concerns were addressed. I also feel like I have found my new mechanic.”

“The salesperson Will was excellent. He was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. My experience with him was 5 stars. My experience with Anthony the finance person was not enjoyable because when we did not sign up for the extended warranty he was very pushy and I told him several times that we were not interested and he did not accept that and then started to say that we didn’t like him. Also the car took longer than I was told to get inspected so I think they need to work on their communication. Overall I had a great experience with Will and I would recommend him but as mentioned other aspects of the whole experience can be improved.”
