It was not only clearly explained what work was going to be done to repair my exhaust, but I was brought into the shop and shown exactly what the issue was, and what parts of the exhaust needed repair or replacing. I was quoted a very fair price, and given an extremely accurate estimate of how long the service would take. The seller of a car i was looking at took his car here for a prepurchase inspection and Al spoke with me on the phone going through this 6+ hour inspection and explicitly went through everything that was worth mentioning which helped me determine it's condition and make a fair offer based on that. 10/10 he went above and beyond and even spoke with me during his lunch. “I've been using Canton Auto Sales for about 6 years now for both auto body and mechanical and I have to say it's about time I wrote a review. I've never been disappointed. The workmanship is top notch, the service superb, price reasonable and my satisfaction level is very high. We've needed to have auto body work done about four times in this period. Everything from being backed into in a parking lot to being sideswiped on the highway to hitting a deer (just got our car back), and each time I have watched Elias, the owner, work with the insurance company to make sure our vehicle was repaired right. Work is tight, paint is perfect and the vehicle is returned to us it looking like it is brand new. So, if you are looking for a reliable garage that can do it all from stickers and oil changes to mechanical work to auto body, this is your place.”

“One cannot find great service ANYWHERE these days. The lone exception is the Canton Sullivan Tire. I brought my Explorer in with a flat tire. I could see and hear that they were very busy, but they brought my car in, pulled the nail, and plugged the hole. I was on my way almost as if nothing had happened. But I know they went out of their way for me, for which I am thankful. I am very glad I bought my tires at Sullivan, and will continue to do so in the future!”
