They are awsomely friendly here. It is only a small branch but they make the most of it by providing friendly service. They always remember my name even though I only go in there about once every six months or so. Sometimes I go to the main branch in town when this one is closed but this branch is just as good.

I bank at the Gold Star branch in Worcester and they are the best bank I have ever dealt with. One teller there, Allison, is outstanding. Always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this bank
