“Took my iPad in an hour before they closed (cause god forbid my schedule could get any worse than it was) and the person there was SO sincere about me being an hour late and then having to wait thirty minutes AFTER hours for me to get back to get my ipad (girls gotta do something. Definately not what I did though. Was not a good idea) got my iPad and I feel like I have a whole new iPad! Would recommend for any repairs!!”

“Went here on a whim as I drive by it all the time. My wife's iPhone 7 had a serious issue with battery drainage. It would die after an hour of use from a full battery. They replaced the battery in her iPhone 7 for 50$ took about 25 minutes and her phone is as good as new. Saved us from buying a new iPhone.”
“I would give the online reps who absolutely destroyed my account by adding 13 lines I never asked for zero stars… BUT Kathleen (“Kat”) from the Millbury location spent literal MONTHS correcting the issue, made sure we were taken care of for the inconvenience and always checked in and communicated with me until everything was fixed. She very easily could have left us hanging like most customer service reps these days, but she didn’t. Kat went above and beyond and took personal ownership of an error she didn’t make. I couldn't use Waze or Maps and it was driving me nuts.r I bought a couple of cheap parts on amazon (GPS signal antenna and WiFi antenna) & Gokhan was able to fix my phone in like 30-40 mins. “On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”

“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”
