“This post is in response to Rahina Dean's post. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Harbro Auto. It's a great place to purchase a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced. I know the lobby is not that big and the sitting area in the lobby is mostly used for customers waiting for their vehicle to get done in the service department. If you went into Harbro and just sat down in the chairs in the lobby, you may have been mistaken for a service customer waiting for their car. Typically when customers come in for the sales department they go to the front desk and check in, so that the sales department knows there is a customer waiting to be helped. I would recomend you give Harbro a second chance, but this time check in with the front desk. This will insure your not mistaken as a service customer.”

“Was looking desperate for a good mechanic in my area since my mechanic and two other ones he referred me to couldn’t figure out what was going on with my Mercedes.After doing some homework and reading the reviews I decided to bring it to Andoni. Which I need to say that was great communicating with him. He was very polite and kind. After I left the car there for few days he than called me saying that the car was fixed. I had heard good things about Kevin and his shop, and decided to give him a try. They presented a complete carfax, allowed me to bring the car to my mechanic with a list of all the items they noticed, and then fixed up all the issues that got the car in tip-top shape. Even when some brake noise began, they honored their warranty and fixed the problem while I was on vacation. I got to come home to a smooth, quiet ride- a very nice feeling, indeed. “I had the pleasure of dealing with Marjorie buying a used truck with higher miles for a great price here. No appointment or anything as I walked up to the door she ran right outside to greet me and offer her help. I know how the car business works and throughout the whole process Marjorie was so down to earth and really showed the effort that she wanted to earn my business no matter what it took. She pushed and fought for me to get a great deal on an amazing truck! After driving the truck for a week i realized that there was a minor issue with it. Marjorie got me in contact with the service manager and service advisor Eric. They immediately got my truck in the shop (which is an outstanding clean facility) and explained everything to me. They got me a nice loaner car and I got my truck back all fixed with brand new OEM parts just within a couple days! Most people tend to overlook the service department when buying a vehicle but that’s one of the most important things! I would buy again from this dealer just based on their service alone!”

“Gary is a cut-to-the-chase, truly honest mechanic. He's there to make sure your car is running properly and safely, not to make a quick buck. Gary will bend over backwards to find the right parts for your car and will give you realistic quotes and time frames for when your vehicle will be fixed. He's been working on my old, high mileage, foreign and domestic cars for the last 5 years and I'm very pleased. There's not much Gary can't do. Call ahead of time to make appointment-he has a small garage and he certainly gets busy.”

“It used to be called John Henry's Garage. I got My driver's license back in 1980. On his lot in front of the garage, nearer to route 20, He had a brown/gold metal flake colored 1976 Ford Econoline 150 Van that had 2 windowed doors on the side and 2 windowed doors in the back and 2 doors in the front. I think I still have the bill of sale slip hidden some place in my residence. I think I paid $2,500 for the Van. I think the Van lasted 3 yrs or so, as the transmission went on it while traveling on route 9 and it was smoking really bad. And back then I couldn't afford to get the transmission repaired or replaced. I have had other vehicles back throughout the years and just sold My 2009 Nissan Frontier 4 door pickup truck, I might just go back over to John Henry's and take a look at the used inventory in front of the garage. 42 yrs later!!. I won't have My Wife with me to look at the vehicle's in front of the garage and she wasn't with me when I bought the 1976 Ford Econoline 150 back in 1980/81 But she rode in the Van. I lost My loving Wife of 33 yrs 8/10/85 to 5/12/2018 at the age of 59 yrs old to the complications from Cancer.”

The car was as good as the pictures showed which is a welcome surprise from other dealerships. My son and I were able to test drive the MDX shortly after arrival. The car was in great condition and the price was right. It was almost $2,000 cheaper than a similar car we drove that day and in great condition. We bought the car that day and Frank had it detailed and oil changed in less than 24 hours so the family could pick it up. Awesome Dealership!”

I had offered $200/hr due to dire circumstances and they only charged me $40. Seems like a great family run business with good morals.”
