“Not knowing where to begin or how to even start the process of getting repairs on my highlander, I did know I wanted to take it to Ace Auto body. I had once taken my Jeep Wrangler to the shop for tire repairs many moons ago and remember how easy the process was. I ended up following Ace auto body’s page on Facebook and saw how John was strictly for the customer. Post afterpost John spoke about difficult claims and rightfully doing the work on the vehicles that the customer deserved. I spoke with John and asked for help starting this. John took the time, gave me a rundown on how the process works and what to expect. Taken back by the first conversation with the insurance appraiser I remembered what John said. Weeks went by the appraiser and John went back and forth not getting very far. With more helpful advice John sent me in the right direction with the insurance company. At the end of the day my number one concern was my vehicle being safe. Being a mother with a child with heart issues my biggest fear was a major impact to my child’s chest while in his car seat. This was a very realistic fear knowing the appraiser did not want to replace the tire that took the brunt of the impact along with many other parts and tests that needed to be done. Today I received my highlander back with much gratitude and appreciation for John and his crew. I feel extremely confident that my vehicle is safe. I wouldn’t recommend any other auto body shop!Services: Tires”

“A friend and I went to look at a truck at Norwood Volvo last night. Within a few minutes, despite the cold, their salesman Fred came out to ask if we had any questions about the truck. After looking at nearly every other dealership in the area over the past few weeks, and having been ignored by the salesmen at each and every one of them, it was refreshing that Fred took the time out to come out and talk to us. I originally went to their website, easily input my car info, it recommended great Pirelli tires and emailed me a quote.I made the appointment online, and Spencer had me send a photo of my current tires to make sure the tires quoted would fit. Took my car in, was greeted by Spencer and noticed the store was in good shape and very clean.When I picked up my car, the total was exactly as quoted. There were no B.S. add ons, no last minute additions, nothing. Exactly as quoted.You don't find this often in the tire business. You'll get a quote, but then when you get to the store, something was missed, added on, or needed but not quoted. Not here. At Kenwood, they honor their quote and provide great service.I'll be taking my wife's car there for tires this week, and will have both cars' oil changed here from now on.
