“I went to Lowe’s Dartmouth today wanting to buy 20 bags of soil. Unfortunately, I had injured my arm a few days ago, so I asked the gentleman at the register if someone could come to help load the bags into my car. He told me he would call someone, but after waiting a few minutes, he told me that he didn’t want me waiting a long time for someone to come to assist me and began loading the bags into my car by himself. She talked me through a few things I needed to try before she would schedule a service call and said to call back if these tips didn't work. Unfortunately they did not work so when I called back a week later she was right on top of it, scheduled my service call for the next day with the nicest gentleman and my machine is all set!
