She talked me through a few things I needed to try before she would schedule a service call and said to call back if these tips didn't work. Unfortunately they did not work so when I called back a week later she was right on top of it, scheduled my service call for the next day with the nicest gentleman and my machine is all set! “It's a great place to get those odd items that you're not going to find at a traditional hardware store, although this really is a traditional hardware store and it's also a farm supply store so you can get things like chickens as well as the other things so it's a cool place and it's fun to go to”
