“The proximity to my home is the reason I chose to open this account. I don't do any online banking, and I let the employee know that when she mentioned it. The whole process was outstanding. I am completely happy and ecstatic about this experience. I bank with another bank that is foreign-owned. I am very displeased with that bank. They have no branches near me. I need to make an appointment in advance in order to get any service they have, even to use their coin machine. I asked them to give me a letter of assets on hand so I could shop for a house to buy. They would not work with me. I withdrew six figures of my money and had them issue cashier's checks. They looked at me like I had six heads, so I decided to think about changing banks. When I walk into one of your stores, I get so much reception and answers to my questions. I felt comfortable enough to tell them what I expect to do in six months. They will let me contact when I am ready. I am going to share the employees name with you. Sam Matta was beyond good. He seems to be a seasoned banker. It was very refreshing. I just can't say enough about Salem Five. He assisted me with the credit card.”
