“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”

“Let's be real the old lady at the front desk should've retired ~10 years ago. Her bad attitude just gives places like this a bad vibe. Just hire an underpaid college kid, even they'll have more manners. With people already asking to defund the post office this lady isn't really helping her case lol. She told me to call the state department if I had questions about my passport? Seems to me like someone with 60+ years experience working there would know the simple process of filling a passport form out”

After reading all the negative reviews, I think it's about time for an honest and positive review! The current staff and window clerks are all excellent, very helpful, and do their best under some trying situations. On occasion, I've seen customers become rudebecause they don't want to pay what is required for a service.The current staff always provides the various options for the service requested so the customer can choose what's best for them. “There's limited hours because of the small size of the population, but I have always had quick and professional service. I was in and out in under 10 minutes 5 days before Christmas! Not only that, the postal worker was very cheerful despite the amount of work/stress he must have been experiencing . Would definitely recommend.”
“The mailboxes in here are very nice. The detail in the craftsmanship is something you do not see often. However this location is in great walking distance to the local business in the area. When there’s a line it just requires for a little patience but once your at the counter the customer service reps are very full of personality but they answer all your questions Whether you need a book of stamps, purchasing a card, shipping a package or inquiry. It’s a very secure location.”
