“Parking can be a pain if you try to get there on a Saturday, but the staff is always nice and there's usually more than one clerk which makes a HUGE difference when they are busy. If you collect stamps, they usually have a good selection in stock. Take a look at the 1941 "WPA" mural, vintage PO boxes, etc.”

“My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. “We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”
“This post office is great. The people are friendly, our mailman gives our dog biscuits and plays ball with her, and I have never had any problem with the service. They hold our mail when we're away, and always get it right. Our mailman even took the "away" slip for us once because we were late getting it in. All around a nice group of professional people.”
“Have had a PÓ box at the Main Post Office for years. In all the years going there I have found the service to be great and the staff to be friendly, accommodating and helpful. It is a very busy PÓ and especially when a family comes in for passports and ties up one of the staff. It can be trying, however, the staff always professional and do their utmost best to be accommodating.”

“My experience with Melissa at this location has surpassed any experience I’ve had at any post office by leaps and bounds. I’ve had many experiences with other employees at other USPS locations that were less than helpful, and she was the exact opposite. “I had an incredibly important package lost in the postal system for a good period of time. I sent the package from Texas to North Chelmsford. Somehow it was coded wrong & sent back to Texas then from there it made lots of stops all except for the right one. Tbe 800 number was a nightmare, they were rude and not helpful. If this package was completely lost I would have been out a whole lot of money. Eventually the post master from North Chelmsford, Deanna White, got involved. She was extremely polite & courteous & followed through everything she said she would. Within a few days she tracked my package and coordinated with facilities as far as Texas to get it were it was supposed to go!! We are so very grateful for her❤❤❤ I had spent many ,many hours on the phone with other agents & went into a few different post offices with no resolution in sight. She clearly is not only very professional but is extremely proficient in her job!! Thanks so very much❤”
