“I came into the store potentially getting an upgrade as my current iPhone had an issue with the SIM card reader that other Verizon stores couldn’t figure out what to do. Erick D. took the time with me to help me get into my family’s Verizon account and help go through the process. When I mentioned I had an issue with my SIM card reader he was able to quickly came up with a solution (based on his experience and knowledge) and now my phone has an eSIM and my phone is working perfectly again! Didn’t need to upgrade anymore as my current phone is saved again! Erick saved me money and time with fixing my phone! I would give my experience with Erick D. 7 Stars if I could! I plan to come in to this specific store when I need an upgrade when my current phone has its Verizon credits fully paid off and I hope Erick is there to help me when that time comes! He has very hands on and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing! He made this store my new favorite store to go to! I highly recommend anyone who needs help or needs an upgrade to see Erick!”

“The owner is a amazing man he helped me at a time I was at a loss in getting a photo ( is not a photo shop) of my dad done( who passed) i needed this to display next to his urn. What heand his workers did is unimaginable. Family members spoke of the picture with tears in their eyes. “I give 5 stars after having an opportunity to have one of the best sales reps I have ever met, her name is Sydney, navigate and fix my suspended acct. I had some technical issues regarding a new business acct and she worked extremely hard and stayed late getting my lines back active. She was direct, very knowledgeable as well as an incredible listener. She never interrupted me after my 5 hour horrible experience at the Salem Mall store. If I could give more stars I would and she is the exact person I would want representing my brand. Thank you Sydney, they should give you that store!”

“I was in trouble, with two iphone 13 promaxes and unable to make a simple call. One practically new, but security locked beyond civilian remedy and the other being ,my cell - badly damaged/no screen response, I visited two separate apple stores in different states that day the 2nd on the 1st floor of Rockingham Mall in Salem before wandering upstairs, totally defeated, into Cellaxs. The Man working greeted me promptly and politely, but weary of all cell affiliated businesses I wasn't sold yet. I had however made 8 calls before setting out that morning to local cell repair shops like Cellaxs in my hometown of Portsmouth, NH none had a 13promax screen handy so I was 24-48 hrs out the gate waiting for order/delivery. Not only the wait not being anm issue but the Cellaxs' Tech quoted me $100 cheaper than the lowest price of the 8 stores I had called that morning and explained why this phone specifically is through the roof $$ to replace the screen. I then made the best choice I had in weeks... I handed him my broken phone and bit the bullet on $ knowing it was def the best I was going to see and within a 1/2 hr of mall closing . He fixed the screen and unlocked the other phone in 15 min. The locked phone that the Apple stores had failed me earlier that dayOne: They couldn't unlock it, having over an hrs time.Two: Just couldn't even try that day "too busy."He then sold me a much needed case I had been browsing (for a nice discount due to the screen cost being so high) and set a new screen cover I had brought in my pocket, sat on and cracked but somehow he made it work and its still protecting my phone today, weeks later.I will take the trip to Salem Mall if I need any device help in the future!Thank You Very Much,John”

“My fiancé and I came in to upgrade to the new iPhone 15 this past weekend. We've been loyal with Verizon since we opened a plan together almost 6 years ago. We had the iPhone 12 Pro Max and were initially going to keep the same model, but after comparing the Pro Max to the new Plus, it was a no-brainer to go with the Plus. It is the same size and cheaper, and we didn't care for the 5x zoom camera, so it made the decision easier.Alberto serviced us and he was amazing. We called ahead and spoke with him and then he took care of us while we were there. We went into the back and found the only 2 Plus models they had left; and even found me a blue Titanium Pro Max and I almost changed my mind! I told him to hang onto it and make someone else's day. I was having issues with my iCloud Backup, and Alberto assured there were going to be no issues - and he was right! He transferred everything over to our new phones swiftly and easily, and made the entire experience simple. He alerted us that we had an insanely good trade-in value, so we convinced ourselves to splurge a little with new cases. He also told us to give Verizon billing a call to see if they could waive the new phone fees since we've been loyal customers for so long - another great tip! They removed the fees within one live chat session.If you're looking to get into Verizon for new phones, you HAVE to go to the location in Methuen in the Loop complex and see Alberto. You won't be disappointed!”

“I could not find the review that I posted. I made a mistake on that review it was not Tarboro store. It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”
