“So my Partners car got towed there and we went down a few days later to talk to the staff at Bobby's. And Boy they were great! Unfortunately the car had suffered total engine failure. I've been taking my vehicles there for a long time. They had my Silverado serviced since I got out at a hundred thousand miles and it lasted 240k miles before I finally sold it and upgraded. Now I take my new truck there and not the dealer. They are the absolute best!”
“They have repaired my cars at least 3 times over the last few years, twice in the last few months. They are very, very good at what they do. They explain everything ahead of time, so you know exactly what's going on. They provide updates and do the work in a timely manner. They make dealing with insurance easy. My car has looked like new all 3 times. They are very friendly and easy to work with and will go above and beyond for their customers. “I’ve lived in Ashland for many years but never realized how many great local businesses there are until I made a point of doing a bit of homework and actually seeking them out. This service shop certainly seems to be one of those hidden gems. I got an oil change for my 2013 Subaru Legacy and had them check out the car in general. A Subaru dealer tried to scam me for $7000 worth of repair work, but the ASC mechanic confirmed what I felt from driving the car — everything is fine. But I do need a new set of tires and will have ASC do the work. The service manager, Bob, has been there for 30+ years. The shop does a brisk business and obviously has a regular customer base. Probably not the cheapest place to get service; but in a time when people aren’t so invested in having long term relationships with their customers, it’s great to do business with people who care.”
“We were literally on our way to a beach house vacation, car loaded, kids in, when my car wouldn’t start. Using our Triple A membership we called for service and they dispatched through Achins Garage. The service man arrived in about 30 minutes and replaced a dead battery, getting us back on route to our vacation really quickly!

“I was driving back from Cape Cod to Vermont, having pumped up a pancake-flat tire when I left. About 2 hours into my journey, thinking I had finally cleared the hellish carcrashes & thunderstorms . . . the tire light came on. I exited 495 & by blind luck found Central St. Garage after just a couple of miles. In about 15 minutes they'd put the car on the lift, removed the nail from the tire, plugged the leak, & sent me on my way for $26. “I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. Elias got Maynor to pick up my car in 40 minutes! Took it right down to New Bedford faster than I got down there lol. He put the car exactly where I needed it. All for about half of what everyone else was charging. Call NO ONE else. These guys are the BEST.”
