“The Village Bank to the rescue! I typically do not write reviews of banks, but must in this case. Today, I required a Notary Public verification, as well as a Medallion Signature Guaranty (MSG) on several financial documents. Without getting into too much detail, we visited three banks to attempt to seek the "wild and ever-elusive" MSG. After frustrating experiences at these branches, we visited The Village Bank, across the street from one of the other banks. We met with Branch Manager, Mark Loveless, explained the situation and he easily and professionally assisted us. This frustrating escapade confirmed for me that there is definitely something to dealing with a small local bank. In this case, it did, indeed, take a Village! (see what I did there :-)”

“I have been a relatively new customer to citizens bank for less than 2 years, and I have always enjoyed of working with the folks at the Citizens on the walnut st. They have been always very welcoming and helpful for various questions or issues I have, like opening accounts, or money transferring, etc. I especially feel their branch manager Renei goes beyond his ways of solving customers' questions and concerns!”
