I am beyond satisfied with the results and it was a pleasure to drive the car back home. He even found me new wheels in case I need a new ones and I might need one because they are pretty old and corroded. I couldn't ask for better customer service! The Newton location on Needham Street is where I will be going for ALL of my alignment and tire needs from now until the foreseeable future. “I always have my vehicles' inspection done there. They are really speedy and even when there's a wait they are very accurate on the wait time. Super convenient location for me; plenty of coffee fast food and shopping within walking distance while I waited.”

“Matt, Steve, and the Team took great care of me in a 24 hour notice recently. Matt, who is very knowledgeable, and hard working, diagnosed my vehicle and provided me with accurate details on items that needed repair that I was slightly aware of.
Steve ensured I had a rental to take care of personal matters on the next business day while double checking my transmission after all the repairs were completed as I was told that I would need a new one within the last year. Steve, the owner, has been in business for 40 years and very competitively priced, particularly for the Newton area. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Pleasant car care did a great job in addressing a couple of significant issues, and addressing them in a timely fashion, and in a very professional but understandable way. I got approved for an inspection sticker, which was the reason for the original appt. Staff was friendly, informative and acty took me on a visual tour of what the concerning problems were. The cost seemed manageable, and the 3 year warranty was great. The only issue was that the time committment was a little longer than I thought when sceduling. No big deal, I will definitely schedule more appts as needed with Pleasant!”

“I do all of my own maintenance with some rare exceptions, and I'm very picky about where I take my vehicles. I had a great experience here, though. Had new tires delivered, put on, and an alignment done.

No issues at all, and actually one of the mechanics pointed out that I had a slightly bent wheel... which is extremely valuable insight.

“Great experience from start to finish! They even provided us with free transportation to/from our house, which wad a huge bonus and much appreciated. We got in on a four tires for the price of three deal. Theresa, the receptionist extraordinaire, was phenomenal. She really carries the weight of this place with style & grace. It's not as easy job, but she handles it by extending respect and kindness, which makes all the difference in the world! Sullivan is SO lucky to have her! The one thing that was kind of petty, was that one of our tires was missing a lugnut ($9) and they called us mid-process to get the ok on replacing it, which when you're spending $800 seems kind of ridiculous not to just give it on a complimentary basis, but other than this, we highly recommend this particular location of Sullivan, since not all are created equal. A special shoutout to Ozzy for his time & efforts to help us. Happy holidays to you all!”
