PJ made a great first impression right away over the phone when I first called to get some info. Because of that, when I realized there are two stores very close by to one another and the other location was actually eveb closer to us, my husband and I still made a point to visit his pacific store that he was in, choosing to even go further. “I had great experience at Mattress Firm at Legacy Place. In two days i accomplished my long leave plan to buy new mattress. Without any pressure Nelson helped me to choose mattress that was right for me. Helped me to choose right base for my new mattress. Gave my printed list with several choices i made with transparent price. So i left store satisfied. I made additional research home regarding my choices and made a decision. Next day i came back and bought S&F Lux Estate 16” mattress and smart base Ergo 3. Got some bonuses with my purchases. it was real pleasure to work with Nelson. The most i like about him that he did not press me to buy, answered all my questions, helped with my particular situation and so on. Definitely will recommend this particular store and Nelson!”

“We had an emergency on a Sunday with my English Bulldog Macy and called VEG in Cambridge. Anna answered the phone and connected me right to a Doctor. I explained my concerns and the fact that my dog has severe anxiety and was put at ease right away and was told that they will do what ever was less stress for Macy when we arrived. Anna greeted us when we walked in and brought us back right away and we're checked in and examined by Dr. Abigail and Eric. Dr. Abigail listened to everything we explained. Dr. Abigail gave us her recommendations and what she would like to do and check in such great detail that we had no questions to ask. AMAZING!!!! Amy Grace our nurse was just as wonderful with her patience, understanding and care again her instructions were so well communicated that we had no follow up questions to ask. While we waited for blood work, Anna from the front came through to check in us and offer us refreshments. Just as important we were able to watch the entire staff care for the other pets with and without their owners there with such kindness, care, and love. I hope to never need another ER visit but if I ever do or someone I know, this is without a doubt the place to go. Thank you all especially Anna, Dr. Abigail, Amy Grace, and Eric.”

“Bernie & Phyl's is THE BEST furniture store in the area by a mile. The consultants are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful without being pushy whatsoever. “Clarks shoes are very comfortable and strudy at the same time. They use quality product (actual leather) to make their shoes so they hold up well. I hadn't bought clarks since I was a kid and recently went in. I particularly love the privo shoes. The Clarks in Dedham at Legacy Place has fantastic staff. Sabrina in their helped me to find the shoes I was looking for in my size. The staff at the Natick store in the Natick Mall is helpful but didn't inform me about the shoe voucher where you buy a certain number of shoes and get a pair free. They also didn't tell me I could order the size of shoe I was looking for from another store and have it shipped to my house for free. Sabrina at Dedham informed me of all this. Overall, product is great and staff vary by store.”
