We were educated on Consumer Reports reviews, so that combined with the years of experience from the manager, we found the perfect mattress! Manager spent a lot of time educating us and letting us try options from their large selection. You spend a third of your life on a mattress so pick a winner! Had a factory defect in the delivered platform and they immediately replaced it. Great service. Prices were competitive. Could you find a slightly cheaper mattress online? Maybe. But given the service and the value of the assistance from the store in selecting, we are very pleased with the purchase. We're not one of those sleaze bags that go try in the store, then order online somewhere else.”

They made new cushions for my mom's 20 year old stickley couch that I had contemplated getting rid of because the cushions were so uncomfortable. The new cushions are so comfortable and look great - it's like I have a new couch. They patiently explained and showed me the options for cushions and were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go back to the Custom Shop!”

“Great fun to look around at assorted Objects. All the Area/stores are connected With ramps. Technically one floor. There are plenty of space for parking. So if needed you could park on one side goes through to drive down to Finish the other stores. When I was there they did have a food truck but otherwise than that not Much to get. Warning the facility Is not air conditioners, They do have fans through the building and one of the areas they do offer free water. Make sure you wear good shoes. Some of the entrance ways do not have handrails. Bring something to drink”
